The Caballero is perfectly sized and executed as a classic gentleman's folder. With Enrique’s attention to fit and finish it is also a pleasure to use. This edition features a snag-free front flipper design. In lieu of thumb studs, the tang of the blade has fine machined grooves for traction. The knife has a stainless Damascus bolster, clean lines and a classic drop point blade profile flawlessly ground from CPM 154. The modern elements of a ceramic bearing flipper nest the blade perfectly in the liner lock handle when closed. Deployment is effortless from the front flipper, followed by a smooth strong lock up. Premium materials include a Damasteel bolster and 3D pocket clip, custom hardware, and classic micarta slabs. The Peña Custom Caballero is a perfect example of a modern gentleman's knife finished with exceptional detail, promising to be handed down to the next generation.
